Richland Creek is an 8.1 mile long tributary of the Deep River. Unfortunately, at the confluence of Richland Creek and Deep River there is over 1,000,000 plastic and glass bottles as well as other trash. Deep River Riverkeeper has committed to cleaning this mess up to improve the water quality and protect the riparian buffer zone at this site, which is also the top of the Randleman Reservoir, our drinking water.
